We stand behind our AI sales automation platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed by 100xSales Technologies Ltd.
Money-Back Guarantee
New customers can test 100xSales risk-free. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund upon request.
Eligible for Refund
- Your subscription was purchased within the last 14 days (new first-time subscribers)
- You have not exceeded 20% of your monthly message quota
- Your account has remained in full compliance with our Terms and Meta Platform Policies
- This is your first refund request on the customer account
Not Eligible for Refund
- Subscriptions outside the 14-day new customer guarantee window
- Monthly recurring renewals after the initial 14-day onboarding window
- Add-on purchases such as extra message volume packs or custom dedicated integrations
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to spam, harassment, or policy violations
- Professional onboarding, custom AI engineering, or setup service fees
Refund Process & Timeline
Submit Your Request
Email our billing department at refunds@100xsales.ai with your registered email, transaction invoice ID, and a brief note on your experience.
Review Period
Our compliance and billing desk will review your usage metrics within 2-3 business days and verify eligibility against our guarantee criteria.
Approval & Reversal
Upon approval, the refund is immediately issued back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank transfer).
Credit Reflected
Depending on your banking institution, funds will appear on your financial statement within 5 to 10 business days.
Subscription Cancellation & Retention
Immediate Self-Service Cancellation
You can cancel recurring billing at any time directly through your dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.
30-Day Post-Cancellation Grace Period
After cancellation, account data and conversation histories are retained securely for 30 days, allowing you to reactivate or export data before automated permanent deletion.
